Mr. Kahoe is a native of Philadelphia, PA with over 10 years experience in investment banking, management, advisory, venture capital and mergers & acquisitions.  Mr. Kahoe is currently the Managing Partner of Shift4 Capital based in Palm Beach, FL and New York, NY.  Shift4 Capital is a Private Equity firm that advises, invests and restructures private and public companies throughout healthcare, real estate, technology, life science, supply chain, transportation, energy and other emerging growth markets.

Prior to Shift4 Capital, Mr. Kahoe was a Vice President and Director of Origination for Greenblock Capital, a boutique merchant bank which executed transactions and acquisitions valued at more than $500mm over the course of his tenure.  Mr. Kahoe was responsible for managing $1B in Assets Under Management, along with maintaining investment advisory, communication and strategic decision making with portfolio companies and their management.  Scott has partnered with some of the most prolific and renown investment banks, family offices and alternative investment firms for investments in portfolio deals, which maximized the highest possible return on investment for shareholders.

Mr. Kahoe earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Georgetown University.  He earned his MBA from Syracuse University.  Mr. Kahoe is a former NCAA All American in Lacrosse.  As a starting mid-fielder, he helped number one ranked Syracuse win the NCAA Division I Championship.
