Mr. Stowell is formerly the Chief Financial Officer and Director for Office Depot, Inc. based in Boca Raton, FL.  Office Depot is a NASDAQ listed company with sales just over $11Billion, a presence in 59 countries, 2200 retail stores and over 66,000 associates.  Prior to Office Depot, Mr. Stowell was Vice President and Treasurer of PepsiCo Inc. an American multinational food, snack and beverage corporation based in Purchase, New York.

Mr. Stowell started his career at Unisys Corporation (Sperry/Burroughs) an American global information technology company based in Blue Bell, PA in the 1980’s.  He held many senior financial positions with the company including Director of Corporate Development, Director of Corporate Planning, Director of Financial Programs and Director of International Treasury Operations.

Mr. Stowell is a highly accomplished executive with successful international and domestic financial management experience.  He has a comprehensive background in Initial Public Offerings, start-up ventures, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and key asset management.  His background also includes SEC reporting, government compliance, taxation, banking and investor relations, cash flow analysis and financial restructuring.

Mr. Stowell received his B.A. and M.B.A. from Wayne State University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds numerous securities and insurance licenses.
