Brad Guarino-Sanders

A native of Louisville, Brad has a thirty year background in real estate and corporate law.

A former partner in a Louisville law firm, Brad specializes in commercial law and commercial lending. During his career, Brad has closed thousands of real estate and corporate finance transactions. His experience in corporate law includes business formation, loss mitigation, contracts, bankruptcy law, regulatory compliance and strategic legal planning. In 2004, he orchestrated the sale of his firm to a Fortune 500 company.

Brad received his law degree from the University of Louisville. Prior to that, Brad earned a undergraduate degree in Business Administration with honors specializing in Finance from the University of Tennessee. Brad is currently a member of the Indiana Bar Association and the Kentucky Bar Association. Additionally he is a member of Mortgage Bankers Association.
